The Belgian Women's Super League, known as the Lotto Super League after its sponsor, is the top division of women's soccer in Belgium. It started in 2015, when the BeNe League that Belgian and Dutch clubs had shared came to an end.

Anderlecht were the dominant club for most of the league's first decade, before OH Leuven won their first title in 2025 and retained it in 2026. Club YLA (Club Brugge's women's team), Standard Liège and Gent are also in the league.
