All Womens Sports Picks ("AWSP", "we", "us", or "our") is a free-to-play sports prediction platform dedicated to womens sports. AWSP is available at awsp.vercel.app and as a Progressive Web App installable on mobile devices.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides enterprise-grade database security including row-level security policies, encrypted connections, and regular security audits.

We implement the following security measures to protect your data:

• All data transmitted between your device and AWSP is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
• Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
• Database access is protected by row-level security policies
• Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers
• API keys and sensitive credentials are stored as encrypted environment variables

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

6. Cookies and Tracking

AWSP uses cookies and similar technologies to provide and improve our service. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help us recognize you and remember your preferences.

Prediction history and anonymized usage data may be retained for up to 2 years for analytics and platform improvement purposes.

9. Children's Privacy

AWSP is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 18 please contact us immediately at support@awsp.app and we will delete the information.

10. Canadian Users

For users in Canada, we comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You have the right to access your personal information and to challenge its accuracy. Contact us at support@awsp.app to exercise these rights.
