By accessing or using All Womens Sports Picks ("AWSP", "we", "our", or "the platform") at awsp.app or any associated mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use AWSP.

What AWSP is NOT:

• Virtual currency and wallet balances on AWSP have no real monetary value.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of AWSP you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep your account information updated.

4. Virtual Currency and Wallet

• AWSP may modify, reset, or remove virtual currency at any time.

• AWSP does not guarantee the accuracy of odds, scores, or sports data displayed.
• Sports data is sourced from third-party providers and may contain errors or delays.
• AWSP reserves the right to void, correct, or modify predictions at any time.
• Settlement of predictions is automated and may be subject to errors. AWSP reserves the right to correct settlement errors.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AWSP for any of the following:

• Any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of AWSP or its systems.
• Interfering with or disrupting the platform or servers.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or other means to access or interact with AWSP.
• Impersonating any person or entity.
• Uploading or transmitting any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
• Attempting to manipulate predictions, leaderboards, or any platform features.

7. Privacy and Data

By using AWSP you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We collect information necessary to provide and improve the AWSP service including account information, prediction history, and usage data.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data including encrypted connections and secure database storage.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of AWSP including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software are owned by AWSP and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any AWSP content without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimers

AWSP is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Sports data, odds, and scores displayed on AWSP are sourced from third-party providers. AWSP makes no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information.

AWSP is not responsible for any decisions made based on information provided on the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AWSP and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of AWSP shall not exceed the amount you have paid to AWSP in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.

11. Responsible Use
